Cornerstone helps you become more aware of your assets so you can build them and improve your financial health. With an approach that takes into account your environment and current situation, Cornerstone demonstrates how your personal values impact your view of financial and health choices. This course is longer than our other courses, so it is structured in four parts that will appear one at a time, with a brief quiz at the end of each one. Each part takes about one hour to complete, but that doesn't take into account the time for you to reflect on your situation and complete the exercises. Each person will progress through the course at their own speed, but we recommend that you anticipate taking about 90 minutes for each part, or 6 hours for the whole course. When you start the course, it may take a minute to be ready to proceed, depending on your internet bandwidth. You can start and stop at any point, and when you resume, it will take you to the place where you left off. The course is narrated and closed captioned throughout. There is a downloadable Workbook for each part of the course. You can either print it out to write in it or use the fillable PDF version. For the fillable PDF version, it may open as a browser tab, but it works better if you download it to your desktop. If you have any trouble with a Workbook (or anything else with the course), please send us a message or email kpresley@fhinst. You can access all of the Workbooks within the course. We hope you enjoy learning about your financial health! Read more
